Donegal Craft Village, Donegal Town

Donegal Craft Village is situated just outside the historic town Donegal on the road to Ballyshannon and Sligo. Established in 1985 the village has become a showcase for contemporary arts and crafts on the county.

Donegal County Museum, Letterkenny

Donegal County Museum has two exhibition galleries. Temporary exhibitions are held all year round in the ground floor gallery. The first floor gallery contains a permanent exhibition which tells the story of Co.Donegal from the mesolithic to the medeival and of the people places and events from the penal times, through the famine and the land war to world war one and the emergency.

Carrowmore Megalithic Cemetry, Sligo.

Largest megalithic complex in the country this is a great insight into our ancient past. Only 30minutes from Bundoran.
